Comparison guide

How to compare peptide vendors without inventing a winner.

Price, availability, shipping, and documents answer different questions. This is the exact evidence model behind Peptide Local’s vendor boards.

“Best peptide vendor” is usually an undefined claim.

Best on list price can differ from best on landed cost, public document access, or current availability. A clean comparison defines one question, matches the same nominal product, and leaves each evidence field visible.

Peptide Local does not turn a COA link into a safety score or let an affiliate relationship decide rank. The commercial observation and its evidentiary limits travel together.

Nine-step audit

Compare in this order.

Starting with seller category prevents a neat-looking table from comparing things that are not equivalent.

01

Separate the seller category

Confirm whether the page represents a laboratory supplier, licensed pharmacy, clinic, or marketplace. Do not rank research material beside prescription care.

02

Match the exact listing

Compound name is not enough. Match the form, nominal milligrams, vial count, and market before comparing price.

03

Record availability

An unavailable low price is context, not a current winner. Keep backorders and stated low-stock delays visible.

04

Keep source and date together

Link the exact public page and record when it was read. Commercial rows should expire instead of quietly aging in search.

05

Calculate landed subtotal

Add stated shipping and mandatory fees before comparing a one-vial or multi-vial basket. Keep taxes and unknown checkout charges explicit.

06

Normalize the unit

Divide the comparable basket by total nominal milligrams. A low vial price can still be a high unit price.

07

Describe document access

Say report displayed, COA included, or COA on request. Those are materially different levels of public access.

08

Audit the report

Match identity, lot, testing party, date, method, and numerical result. Purity does not establish quantity, sterility, or identity by itself.

09

State the evidence limit

A seller-posted report supports a seller claim. Without independent sampling and custody, it does not verify every vial sold.

Worked example / Jul 23, 2026

One 10 mg BPC-157 vial.

These subtotals use the current public single-vial price and seller-stated shipping language. Taxes, coupons, optional add-ons, and checkout-only fees are excluded.

Not a safety ranking: the lowest subtotal says nothing about identity, purity, quantity, sterility, legality, or suitability.

A subtotal remains unknown when a seller states only a free-shipping threshold and withholds the lower-order rate until checkout. Use the landed-cost calculator once that destination-specific charge is known.

Warning signs

Three reasons to stop and verify.

A red flag is a prompt for a better source or clearer label - not proof of fraud by itself.

A

Category blur

A research-only page uses treatment language, dosing advice, or prescription comparisons without a licensed clinical route.

B

Document theater

The page says “third-party tested,” but does not identify a laboratory, report, batch, method, or way to obtain the document.

C

Checkout distortion

A low headline price depends on an expiring code, subscription, bundle, hidden shipping fee, or unavailable size.

Decision rule

Show a matrix, not a winner badge.

A useful vendor page lets a reader see the matched price, availability, shipping claim, checked date, and evidence-access label at once. If a field cannot be substantiated from a current source, mark it unknown.

For the underlying rows, open the public price index. For the report itself, use the COA field guide. Verify the local seller and access path with the country/state seller guide. Our complete publication rules live in the methodology.
