Permission to reuse Peptide Local data
Peptide Local's original dataset metadata, field definitions, editorial annotations, and database compilation are available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license, subject to the exclusions and evidence limits below.
You may copy, redistribute, adapt, analyze, and publish those covered materials for commercial or noncommercial purposes when you provide attribution, identify material changes, and do not imply endorsement.
How to attribute a dataset
Name Peptide Local as the publisher, link the dataset's canonical landing page, include the displayed version or checked date, and link this license. When practical, preserve the row-level source URLs and the dataset's stated boundary.
Suggested format: Peptide Local, dataset title, version date, canonical dataset URL, licensed under CC BY 4.0.
What the license covers
The license applies only to copyright or database rights Peptide Local can grant in its original selection, organization, normalized fields, descriptions, and annotations. Facts are not made proprietary by appearing in a Peptide Local dataset.
Site branding, logos, page design, software, contributed reviews, and material outside the public data catalog are not included unless their page says otherwise.
Third-party source material keeps its own terms
Seller pages, government records, clinical-trial registries, journal articles, laboratory reports, images, trademarks, and other linked source material remain governed by their publishers and applicable law. Peptide Local does not relicense those materials.
A source URL or transcribed public fact is provenance, not a transfer of ownership, product authentication, laboratory verification, regulatory approval, or seller endorsement.
Label changes and preserve corrections
If you modify, filter, combine, or transform a dataset, describe the change and do not present the result as an unchanged Peptide Local release. Use the current canonical landing page to check for a newer version, correction, or scope note.
The license does not expand the evidence
Permission to reuse a row does not turn it into medical or legal advice, a product authorization, a safety finding, a verified seller, a current inventory guarantee, or proof of sample identity, quantity, purity, sterility, or chain of custody.
Read the publication methodology, site terms and safety disclaimer, and the boundary on the canonical dataset page before drawing conclusions.
