Official registry data, not an enrollment verdict.A dated transformation of ClinicalTrials.gov intervention-search records for thirteen named Peptide Local pipeline programs. Study sponsors or investigators submit and maintain registry records. Overall status, individual-site status, enrollment, locations, completion dates, and results availability can change. Recruiting status does not establish eligibility, enrollment, treatment access, regulatory approval, routine availability, or a favorable benefit-risk conclusion. A confirmed monitor result means the live named-intervention registry query returned the same tracked records, statuses, program mappings, and recruiting-site identities as the published snapshot. It does not establish study quality, eligibility, enrollment availability, safety, efficacy, or regulatory approval.

Selection and normalization method

Exact intervention searches, deduplicated by NCT ID.

Each tracked program has a bounded list of current and former intervention names. The refresh workflow searches each term through the ClinicalTrials.gov API, unions the responses, deduplicates them by NCT ID, and retains every matching program on combination and master-protocol records.

The historical ALT-801 oncology name collides with Pemvidutide's former development code. Those older oncology records are excluded unless the lead sponsor is Altimmune or the intervention is explicitly named Pemvidutide. Generic mechanism phrases are not searched.

Facility names, investigator names, emails, and phone numbers are omitted. City, state or region, postal code, country, and registry geocoordinates are retained only for site observations individually marked Recruiting. Readers must open the official NCT record for current eligibility and contact information.

Program coverage

13 programs, one registry method.

A record can belong to more than one program when a combination study or master protocol contains multiple tracked interventions. Program totals therefore should not be summed into a unique-study count.

Data dictionary

Fields that keep status and location honest.

CSV country and state fields use name:listed:recruiting groups separated by pipes. The recruiting-site column contains a JSON array so city, postal, and coordinate fields remain unambiguous. The JSON download preserves all location fields as nested objects.

nct_id
ClinicalTrials.gov identifier for the registry record.
program_slugs
Peptide Local pipeline programs matched by exact named-intervention searches. A master protocol or combination study can match more than one program.
overall_status
Sponsor-submitted overall study status from ClinicalTrials.gov at the snapshot timestamp.
status_verified_date
Month or date when the sponsor last verified the overall status field.
phase
Registry phase label. Not applicable is preserved rather than converted into a numbered phase.
enrollment
Actual or estimated enrollment as labelled in the registry record.
primary_completion_date
Actual or estimated primary completion date, with its type preserved separately.
last_update_posted
Date the latest submitted registry update was posted.
has_results
Whether ClinicalTrials.gov exposes a posted results module. False does not prove that no result exists elsewhere.
listed_locations
Count of facilities retained on the registry record at the snapshot timestamp.
recruiting_locations
Count of listed facilities whose individual site status was Recruiting.
recruiting_sites
City, state or region, postal code, country, and registry geocoordinates for site observations individually marked Recruiting. Facility and personal contact fields are omitted.
countries
Country-level location counts encoded as country:listed:recruiting.
us_states
US state-level location counts encoded as state:listed:recruiting.
source_url
Direct ClinicalTrials.gov study record.
Geographic coverage

53 countries represented.

These are registry-listed site observations. They are not unique facilities, legal access findings, approved supply routes, or proof that a study is recruiting in every represented country.
